Poké Ball Plus Auto-Catch Mod

After some tries, I figured out how to mod the Pokéball Plus to auto-catch and spin while using it for Pokémon Go. I think it will make it useless as a Joy-con for Let’s Go. I found a couple people online doing an auto-catch mod but all involved the simulation of the button always being pushed down wasting the battery.
My mod is similar to the Pokémon Go Plus mod. When the device vibrates, it activates the button.

Another way to mod the Pokéball Plus to auto-catch/spin while using it for Pokémon Go. With this method you can disable the vibration. I think it will make it useless as a Joy-con for Let’s Go. Video is at 2x speed to save time.

So I’ve been asked a couple of times for close-up pics of the soldering points.

This is on the button board. You want to solder a wire on the connecting point of the small red wire.

Before doing the next step, make sure to run the wire though the main section.
On the main board, you want to solder it to the little pins in front of the connector that the vibration board plugs into.

I haven’t tested it as a controller since I don’t have a Switch but I read you can disable the vibration when using it as a controller. If you did that, it should work normally as a controller.

A lot of credit goes to the guy that made the original Pokémon GO Plus mod.
