Stappers are 20-minute endurance based workouts consisting of 3 exercises that are continuously repeated.

Each exercise is done for a predetermined number of repetitions before moving on to the next exercise.

The goal is to repeat as many cycles of the given exercises as possible. It’s okay to rest briefly in the middle of a set if you must, but keep it to a minimum! This workout requires grit.
