Tabatas are 16-minute endurance based workouts consisting of 3 exercises.

Each exercise is performed for 4-minutes, using 20-second work intervals followed by 10-second rest intervals (8 sets per exercise). 2-minute rest intervals are used between exercises.

Use a pace that you can sustain throughout all 8 sets of an exercise, but not without great difficulty. Your score for each exercise will be determined by the lowest number of repetitions accomplished during any of the 8 sets. This one will test your resolve.
